We are increasingly selective about our merchandise, so we are now only accepting items that are 3 years old or newer, which originally retailed for $70 per piece (shoes, jeans, pants and purses must have originally retailed for over $150). We are very selective about the Banana Republic, White House Black Market and Chico’s brands, because they frequently retail for less than $70. We do not accept items which can be found at Ross, Kohl’s, JC Penny, Sears, Gap, Old Navy, Limited, Express or similar stores. We must turn away all items which are wrinkled, folded, older than 3 years, smell of smoke or odors, retail for less than our minimums or inappropriate for the season we are currently in plus 90 days. We must turn away all items which are not laundered within 48 hours of consigning or are not on hangers. Please carefully inspect the insides of all pants & jeans, as well as all cuffs, necklines, buttons and embellishments, and the insides of all pockets. Please de-pill sweaters and empty pockets in all purses and wipe down to remove any debris. Shoes need to be wiped down top and bottom and as clean as possible.
